Authenticity and products

Are the products offered on the site authentic?

Yes. All our items come directly from the brands or their official distributors. At La Fabric Shop, there are no counterfeit goods, no surplus stock: everything is 100% authentic.

Are the products new?

Yes. All our products are brand new, never worn, and delivered in their original packaging with tags.

Are the items online the same as those in the store?

Yes. The website and the store share the same inventory. So, if an item is available online, it's also available in the store in Nice (or sometimes in Cannes). However, we recommend contacting the store before your visit to confirm the availability of a specific item.

Are some items limited edition?

We regularly select exclusive or limited-edition pieces. Once sold out, they are generally not restocked. However, you can activate the back-in-stock alert on the product page to be notified as soon as an item is back in stock.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and some installment payment options, depending on the order amount. All transactions are fully secure thanks to our certified payment partners.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the “Promo Code” field when you check out. The discount will be applied automatically before payment.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay for your order in 2, 3 or 4 installments without fees, depending on the amount.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL and processed by our certified service providers.
No banking data is stored on our servers.

Availability and stock

How can I tell if an item is available?

All products marked as “In stock” are available immediately. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, we will contact you promptly to offer an exchange or refund.

Will the products be restocked?

Some items are limited edition, others may be restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter or activate the alert on the product page to be notified when they are back in stock.

Can I reserve an item?

No, we do not offer reservations. However, you can set up an alert to be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Customer account

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can order as a guest. Creating an account simply allows you to track your orders, access your history, and save time on future purchases.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page to reset it in seconds.

Sizes and advice

How to choose the right size?

Each brand has its own cut. We indicate the sizes worn in our photos and provide a size guide on each product page. If you have any questions, contact us via online chat 💬, by email at contact@lafabricshop.com, or by phone at +33 4 93 55 1wa9 89 (during store hours). We'll help you choose the most suitable size.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

We ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours .

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
  • Europe: 4 to 6 business days

International: 5 to 10 business days (depending on destination)

Which carriers do you use?

We work with Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL Express for fast and tracked deliveries.

How much does delivery cost?

Fees are calculated at checkout based on the country and delivery method chosen.
Delivery is often free above a certain purchase amount (indicated in the shopping cart).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes 🌍! We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia, and America. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed before payment.

After the order

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

We prepare orders very quickly. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lafabricshop.com – we will do our best to accommodate you before shipment.

I made a mistake in my email address, what should I do?

Don't panic!
Contact our customer service at contact@lafabricshop.com, via online chat, or by phone at 04 93 55 19 89 (shop hours).
Please provide your full name, the order amount or the items purchased to facilitate the search.
We will correct your address and send you the confirmation along with the shipping tracking.

Has my order been successfully registered?

Once your payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Remember to check your spam folder. If your account has been debited, the order has been successfully registered. You can also check its status in your customer account.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?

In 99% of cases, the order is successfully registered. The absence of an email is often due to a typo or a spam filter. Please contact our customer service department for verification.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account.

My payment was refused, what should I do?

Check that your card is authorized for online payments. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try another payment method.

Customer service

What are your opening hours?

Our customer service is available Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 7pm. Requests received over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return a new, unworn item in its original packaging.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?

If an item is missing, damaged, or the size is incorrect, please contact us upon receipt of the package at contact@lafabricshop.com.
Please indicate:

Your order number

A description of the problem

And if possible, a photo of the product or package
Our team will respond within 24 working hours to offer you a suitable solution: exchange, replacement or refund.

You can also use the online chat for immediate support.

How do I make a return?

Email us at contact@lafabricshop.com with your order number. We will then send you the return instructions and address. A dedicated section is also available on our website.

Are return shipping costs free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

When will I be reimbursed?

Once the return is validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
