Authenticity and products
Yes. All our items come directly from the brands or their official distributors. At La Fabric Shop, there are no counterfeit goods, no surplus stock: everything is 100% authentic.
Yes. All our products are brand new, never worn, and delivered in their original packaging with tags.
Yes. The website and the store share the same inventory. So, if an item is available online, it's also available in the store in Nice (or sometimes in Cannes). However, we recommend contacting the store before your visit to confirm the availability of a specific item.
We regularly select exclusive or limited-edition pieces. Once sold out, they are generally not restocked. However, you can activate the back-in-stock alert on the product page to be notified as soon as an item is back in stock.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and some installment payment options, depending on the order amount. All transactions are fully secure thanks to our certified payment partners.
Yes. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the “Promo Code” field when you check out. The discount will be applied automatically before payment.
Yes, you can pay for your order in 2, 3 or 4 installments without fees, depending on the amount.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL and processed by our certified service providers.
No banking data is stored on our servers.
Availability and stock
All products marked as “In stock” are available immediately. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, we will contact you promptly to offer an exchange or refund.
Some items are limited edition, others may be restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter or activate the alert on the product page to be notified when they are back in stock.
No, we do not offer reservations. However, you can set up an alert to be notified as soon as it becomes available again.
Customer account
No, you can order as a guest. Creating an account simply allows you to track your orders, access your history, and save time on future purchases.

Sizes and advice
Each brand has its own cut. We indicate the sizes worn in our photos and provide a size guide on each product page. Delivery
We ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours .
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe: 4 to 6 business days
International: 5 to 10 business days (depending on destination)
We work with Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL Express for fast and tracked deliveries.
Fees are calculated at checkout based on the country and delivery method chosen.
Delivery is often free above a certain purchase amount (indicated in the shopping cart).
Yes 🌍! We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia, and America. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed before payment.
After the order
We prepare orders very quickly. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lafabricshop.com – we will do our best to accommodate you before shipment.

Please provide your full name, the order amount or the items purchased to facilitate the search.
We will correct your address and send you the confirmation along with the shipping tracking.
Once your payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Remember to check your spam folder. If your account has been debited, the order has been successfully registered. You can also check its status in your customer account.
In 99% of cases, the order is successfully registered. The absence of an email is often due to a typo or a spam filter. Please contact our customer service department for verification.
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account.
Check that your card is authorized for online payments. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try another payment method.

Returns and refunds
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return a new, unworn item in its original packaging.
If an item is missing, damaged, or the size is incorrect, please contact us upon receipt of the package at contact@lafabricshop.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Once the return is validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
